Army discovers ammo cache, arrests wanted man in Mosul

NINEWA /Iraqi News Army forces have found a cache of ammunition and explosives and arrested one wanted person in Mosul City, a local police source said on Wednesday. “The cache was found in al-Rahmaniya village, western Mosul, in light of intelligence tips,” a source from the Ninewa Operations Command told Iraqi News. One wanted person has been arrested near the cache and an investigation is currently underway, the source pointed out. The cache contained 10 cell phones, 13 mortar shells, eight rockets, four IEDs, two launch pads, six hand grenades and detonators, according to the source.
