Tight security plan in Talafar

NINEWA /Iraqi News Security authorities in Talafar have adopted a tight security plan to face the current security challenges, an official police source said on Tuesday. “Commanders of police and army forces held late on Monday (April 5) a conference to discuss the current security challenges facing Talafar and Iraq in general,” the source told Iraqi News. “A tight plan was adopted as of this morning to face any security violation against citizens or security elements,” he added. He called for intensifying efforts to face armed groups. Talafar suburb is 60 km northwest of Mosul – the capital city of Ninewa province – lies 405 km north of Baghdad. SH (P)/SR 3
