Minister says Iraq keen on diplomatic presence in Baghdad

BAGHDAD /Iraqi News Iraqi Interior Minister Jawad al-Bulani has stressed his country’s keenness to maintain Arab and foreign diplomatic presence in the capital Baghdad. This came during his visit to the embassies of Germany, Egypt and Iran, all located in Baghdad. “Through its Embassy Protection Department, the Ministry provides 300 services to embassies and diplomatic missions in Iraq…,” Bulani indicated. “The Ministry will announce to the public the results of the investigation into the attacks on the embassies once the probe is complete,” he added.
