OIC condemns Baghdad blasts
BAGHDAD /Iraqi News The Organization of Islamic Conference on Monday condemned the blasts that rattled Baghdad and left several casualties, the organization said in a statement. “Such criminal and brutal acts which left so many innocent Muslims dead cannot be justified and all Muslims must condemn them,” said the statement received by Iraqi News. The organization urged Muslims and clerics in Iraq to patch up differences and strengthen their unity. On Sunday (April 4), a series of blasts hit areas close to the diplomatic missions in the capital Baghdad, including the German embassy, the Egyptian consulate and the Iranian embassy, leaving 30 persons killed and 168 others wounded, according to latest figures.
