Fliers warn people against going to the polls

SALAH Al-DIN /Iraqi News Fliers have been distributed among residents of Salah al-Din, warning them against participating in the country’s parliamentary election, which will take place tomorrow. “The fliers were distributed in the areas of Samarra, al-Dour, Tikrit, al-Dalouiya and al-Ishaqi,” a local security source, who requested anonymity, told Iraqi News. “The fliers were signed by unknown bodies that claim affiliation to religious and armed groups or to Baathist bodies,” the source noted.
