2 soldiers wounded in IED blast in Diala

DIALA / IraqiNews.com: Two Iraqi army soldiers were wounded in an improvised explosive device (IED) blast in eastern Baaquba city on Saturday, according to a local police source in Diala. “An IED went off on the main street of al-Muqdadiya district, (45 km) eastern Baaquba, near an Iraqi army vehicle, leaving two soldiers severely injured and the vehicle heavily damaged,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency.
