Iraq, Japan to discuss donation

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi Council of Ministers has authorized finance minister to discuss how to invest $220 million donated by Japan with the Japanese ambassador to Iraq. “The decision comes to improve important sectors that affect people’s life, such as health, communication, and oil,” Dr. Ali al-Dabbagh, the official spokesperson of the Iraqi government, said in a release on Tuesday received by IraqiNews.com news agency.
