Project to wall rill north of Karbala

KARBALA / IraqiNews.com: Local authorities in Karbala started on Wednesday a project to wall a rill in north of the city at a cost of 4 billion Iraqi dinars, according to Karbala governor. “The authorities started today a project to rill al-Wand rill in al-Wand region, north of Karbala,” Engineer Amal al-Din al-Herr told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The project will be implemented in two stages, the first stage will cost 4 billion Iraqi dinars,” he added, expressing hope to finish the first stage by the end of 2010, to start the second stage in early 2011.
