Iraqi army soldier killed in Mosul

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: One Iraqi army soldier was killed when unknown gunmen opened fire on Wednesday targeting an army checkpoint in western Mosul city. “The gunmen opened fire on the checkpoint from one of the nearby narrow roads,” a local police source told IraqiNews.com news agency.
