BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Head of Al-Iraqiya bloc’s Tajdeed (Renewal) List, Tareq al-Hashemi supports holding a meeting between leaders of al-Iraqiya List and Dawlat al-Qanoon to negotiate on the bending issues, according to a statement his bloc. “Al-Hashemi supports holding a meeting between Iyad Allawi from al-Iraqiya List and Nouri al-Maliki from Dawlat al-Qanoon to discuss the controversial and sensitive issues,” the statement quoted spokesman for the al-Tajdeed List, Shaker Ketab, as saying. “Al-Hashemi said that such negotiations could succeed,” Ketab added.
