Iraq’s U-18 soccer team training in Arbil for Asia contest

ARBIL / IraqiNews.com: Iraq’s U-18 soccer team has started its training camp in the district of Beli, Arbil province, within preparations for the Asia Cup finals to be hosted in China late this year, according to the team’s spokesman on Saturday. “The team will be playing its first friendly match against Halo, one of the Iraqi Kurdistan region’s clubs, as part of preparations for the Asia Cup games to be hosted in China on October 16, 2010,” Tha’er al-Musawi told IraqiNews.com news agency.
