BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: One person was killed on Wednesday and seven others wounded in three blasts in Baghdad. “A roadside bomb went off today targeting a police patrol in the al-Daura neighborhood, southern Baghdad, wounding two policemen and devastating their vehicle,” a local security source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “A roadside bomb went off today in Palestine Street, eastern Baghdad, wounding two civilians and damaging a number of nearby shops,” the source added. “A sticky bomb attached to a civilian vehicle went off today in the al-Amiriya neighborhood, western Baghdad, killing one person and wounding three others,” the source proceeded.
