Four Iranian visitors killed, 9 wounded in Diala attack

DIALA / IraqiNews.com: Four Iranian visitors and an Iraqi policeman were killed and nine others were wounded in the car bomb explosion in east of Baaquba, a security source said on Monday. “Casualties from the car bomb explosion that targeted Iranian visitors in al-Askari neighborhood in al-Muqdadiya district, east of Baaquba, rose to five deaths, including a cop, and nine wounded,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. A police source had said earlier that the explosion killed a policeman and injured 12 Iranian visitors. Baaquba, the capital of Diala, is 57 km northeast of Baghdad. SH (P) 2
