Penetrating armed groups help arresting them – Anbar police

ANBAR / IraqiNews.com: Penetrating armed groups in the al-Anbar by intelligence agents have been contributing to the arrests of these groups’ ranking members, a police source from the province said on Friday. “Over the past three months, police forces arrested 12 ranking member of the al-Qaeda organization and 32 wanted men,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. He explained that the forces also defused nine car bombs, and seized 42 weapons caches and 10 explosive vests. Ramadi, the capital city of the al-Anbar province, lies 110 km west of Baghdad.
