Chairman of Security Committee in Falluja Council detained

ANBAR / IraqiNews.com: The Chairman of the Security Committee in west Iraq’s Anbar Province‘s Amiriyat al-Falluja town has been arrested by an Iraqi Army force on Monday, an Anbar security source said on Tuesday. “A Military Force had arrested Hail Humdhi under suspicion of cooperation with (anti-government) armed groups,” the security source said. “The Town’s Council has expressed anger and opposition, reiterating that the suspect had enjoyed a good reputation,” the source added. Falluja, 60 km to the west of Ramadi, the center of Anbar Province. Ramadi is 110 km to the west of Baghdad. SKH/SR 2
