3 civilians wounded by IED in Diala

DIALA / IraqiNews.com: Three civilians were wounded on Tuesday by an improvised explosive device in north of Baaquba, a police source said. “The bomb exploded near a civilian car in Hamrien region in al-Saadiya district, north of Baaquba, injuring three civilians onboard,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “One of the wounded persons in critical condition,” he added, without giving further details. Baaquba, the capital of Diala, lies 57 km northeast of Baghdad. SH (P) 1
