KIRKUK / IraqiNews.com: A joint Iraqi security force has detained 10 wanted and suspected men in northern Iraq‘s oil-rich city of Kirkuk, in a search and inspection operation in 13 Kirkuk villages, where a quantity of explosive materials were discovered, according to the Director of Kirkuk‘s Townships and Villages Police Director on Wednesday. “A joint force had executed a security operation, during which it arrested 10 suspected and wanted men, according to Article 4 – Terrorism, for the abduction of 421 persons and 406 murder cases, along with the discovery of three gas cylinders and two other cylinders, filled with powerful explosive material and important documents, belonging to the Naqshabandiya group and the socalled Islamic State of Iraq,” Brigadier Sarhad Qader told IraqiNews.com news agency.
