3 killed, 15 wounded in unknown attack in Talafar

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: Three people were killed and 15 others wounded in an unidentified blast in northern Talafar on Thursday, a local police source in the district said. “An explosion took place near a poultry shop in al-Qadissiya neighborhood in northern Talafar district, (60 km) north of Mosul city, leaving three persons killed and 15 others wounded in an initial count of casualties,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The police later slapped a security cordon lest similar attacks should take place,” he added.
