President Barzani, Turkish amb. discuss political developments

ARBIL / IraqiNews.com: President of Iraq’s Kurdistan region, Massoud Barzani, discussed on Tuesday with Turkish Ambassador to Iraq, Murat Ozcelik, the latest political developments in Iraq and issues of common interest, according to a presidential statement. “The president received the ambassador as well as the general consul in Arbil at the Salah el-Din resort, and discussed with them the latest political developments in Iraq and the ongoing talks to form the new federal government,” said the statement received by IraqiNews.com news agency. “The meeting underlined the importance of forming the new government as soon as possible,” it added.
