Talabani greets Turkey on National Day

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi President Jalal Talabani sent a congratulatory cable to his Turkish counterpart, Abdullah Gul, on the occasion of the country’s National Day, according to a presidential statement. “Talabani underlined that relations with Turkey will expand and develop thanks to continued efforts exerted by the two countries’ leaders,” said the statement received by IraqiNews.com news agency.
