URGENT: Politics – Maliki to present official demand to form new govt. Monday

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraq’s Prime Minister designate, Nouri al-Maliki, has presented an official demand to the Parliament to form his new government on Monday, according to the State Ministry for Parliament Affairs on Saturday. “The Prime Minister designate, Nouri al-Maliki, has officially presented his demand to form the new government next Monday, 20/12/2010,” the semi-official al-Iraqiya TV Satellite Station quoted the Minister of State for Parliament Affairs, Safauddin al-Safi, as saying. Iraqi President, Jalal Talabani, had officially assigned the candidate of Iraq’s National Coalition, Nouri al-Maliki, to form the new government on 25/11/2010, during 30 days of that date.   SKH 1
