8 Iraqi coaches, referees attend Arab karate course in UAE

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: At least 8 Iraqi coaches and referees are expected to represent Iraq in an Arab training and refereeing, scheduled to take place in the United Arab Emirates in mid-December, according to the Chairman of the Iraqi Karate Federation on Tuesday. “Iraq shall participate by 4 coaches and a similar number of referees in a training and refereeing course, to be organized by the Arab Karate Federation in the UAE on December 15-18,” Abbas Mahdi told IraqiNews.com news agency. Mahdi said the four coaches will be Ali Saadoun Abbas, Radhi Tu‘ma Saeed, Abdullah Najim and Ammar Salman Hassoun while the four referees are Himdan Qassim, Hamid Abdul-Shahid Hadi, Ruzgar Abdul-Kerim Ahmed and Zeidan Jawad Jassim.
