Book exhibition opens in Arbil
ARBIL / IraqiNews.com: The Aras Printing & Publication Press in Arbil, the capital of north Iraq’s Kurdistan Region, opened a book exhibition with 500 topics in the field of literature, scientific and political researches, was opened by the Press on Sunday. The Staff in charge of the Exhibition, Goran Abdul-Hadi, told IraqiNews.com news agency that the exhibited books comprise literary works of poems and novels, in addition to scientific and political researches in Kurdish and Arabic languages, including 75 books exhibited for the first time, adding that the event would continue for 15 days. Abdul-Hadi said that the Exhibition would witness a 40% discount in the prices of books, in order to encourage buyers to buy the largest number of books for a cheaper price.
