6 cops killed, wounded in Ramadi

ANBAR / IraqiNews.com: Three policemen were killed and three more were wounded in a bomb explosion in Ramadi, a police source said on Friday. “An improvised explosive device went off in al-Mustawdaa street in central Ramadi targeting a police vehicle patrol, killing three policemen and wounding three others,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “Security forces carried the wounded to a nearby hospital for treatment and sealed off the whole region,” he added.
