8 wanted men nabbed in Anbar

ANBAR / IraqiNews.com: A joint force on Thursday arrested eight wanted men in separate areas in Anbar, a police source said. “A joint force of police and army personnel set up a number of checkpoints in Ramadi, Falluja, al-Karma district and al-Taameem region in southern Ramadi, where they arrested eight wanted men,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The arrests were made after the vehicle ban imposed throughout Anbar was lifted,” he added. “The detainees are involved in acts of violence in the province,” he continued.
