Policeman killed, another injured in Falluja attack

ANBAR / IraqiNews.com: A policeman has been killed and another injured in an armed attack on a police checkpoint in western Iraq ’s city of Falluja on Sunday, according to a police source.   “A group of armed men, carrying silencer-guns, opened fire on a police checkpoint in central Falluja’s Teachers district, killing a policeman and wounding another,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency.   He said the attackers escaped, while eyewitnesses said they had noticed the details about the car they used, for which the police began to chase.   SKH (PT)   298
