Polish Ambassador in Kurdistan

ARBIL / IraqiNews.com: The Kurdish Minister for Agriculture and Water Resources Jameel Sulaiman Haidar discussed today with the Polish ambassador in Iraqi Stansilo Semolin prospects of coordination and cooperation between the Kurdish region and Poland in economic fields. A statement issued by Kurdistan region government said that the ambassador’s visit is “to understand the needs of the ministry in the fields of agriculture and irrigation, particularly in the canned food industry, fertilizers and agricultural machinery.” The Minister called upon Poland to participate in the international fair due next October, hoping a Polish consulate will be opened in the region to exchange information and agricultural cooperation between the two countries.
