Iraqi Kurdistan Journalists Syndicate holds conference to elect new Chairman.

ARBIL / IraqiNews.com: The 3 rd Conference for North Iraq Kurdistan Region’s Journalists Syndicate was opened in Arbil on Thursday to elect a new Chairman for the Syndicate, a conference member stated.   “The 3 rd Conference of Kurdistan Journalists Syndicate was held in Kurdistan Culture Ministry’s building today (Thursday), with the attendance of Kurdistan Parliament’s Speaker, Kamal Karkuki, the Chairman of the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate, Moayad al-Lamy and a number of journalists,” Hakim Azad told IraqiNews.com news agency.   Hakim Azad said the conference, scheduled to continue for 3 days, shall witness the election of a new Chairman for the Kurdistan Journalists Syndicate.   SKH (PT) 561
