NGO to sign agreements with Kurdish counterparts

ARBIL / IraqiNews.com: The head of Public Relations at the Iraqi Civil Society Forum said today that its delegation arrived in Kurdistan to sign agreements with civil activists for the exchange of expertise.  Ali Hashim al-Ghurabi told IraqiNews.com that the delegation includes 60 activists who came from central and southern areas of Iraq.  According to Ghurabi, the delegation will hold talks with the NGO Council, which encompasses 100 organizations.  RM (TP)/SR 608
