Turkish warplanes attack PKK positions in northern Iraq

ARBIL / IraqiNews.com: The Turkish warplanes have resume bombardment of the anti-Ankara Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK)’s positions in northern Iraq Kurdistan Region on Wednesday, a PKK source reported.   “The Turkish warplanes have began this (Wednesday) evening shelling some of the areas in northern Iraq’s Qandil Mountains and Humeira area in the border triangle with Turkey, Matin Mountain and the Zab area in Dohuk Province,” PKK’s Media official, Dwaz Hammo told IraqiNews.com news agency, giving no further details.   SKH (PT)     381
