Maliki to meet Allawi to discuss gov. formation, policies council

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki will hold a meeting on Friday evening with Head of al-Iraqiya List Iyad Allawi to discuss the latest political developments in the country, a source from the National Reform’s office said. “The meeting will be held at the Head of the National Alliance Ibrahim al-Jaafari’s house,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency, pointing out that the meeting is a part of a series of meetings to complete the formation of the government and the high council of policies. “It’s an important meeting to solve all pending issues and to complete the formation of the government,” he added.
