6 wounded in armed attack on Baghdad houses

WASSIT / IraqiNews.com: Six people were wounded in an attack by unidentified gunmen on two houses inhabited by Christian and Sabian families on Thursday, an Iraqi police source said. “An armed group attacked two houses, one of them belongs to a Christian family and the other to a Sabian Mandaean family, in al-Aalam neighborhood, south of Baghdad, leaving three seriously wounded in each house,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “Ambulances rushed to the site of the attack and rushed the wounded to nearby hospitals for treatment,” he added.
