PM underlines importance to support Bar Association

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki underlined on Monday the importance to support the Bar Association and to strengthen the role played by lawyers in the society, according to a statement of his office. “The premier received on Monday (Feb. 14) a delegation from the Iraqi Bar Association led by Mohammad al-Faisal,” said the statement received by IraqiNews.com news agency. “The premier highlighted the importance of boosting the Bar Association and fostering lawyers’ role in the society,” it added, noting that the prime minister gave instructions to solve some of the problems facing their work.
