Swiss company plans to set up oil reservoirs in Basra

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Swiss Dome company discussed with chairman of the Basra Investment Commission ways to establish oil reservoirs in Basra. “The preliminary study includes the establishment of oil reservoirs near Khour al-Zubeir port in Basra on 40 donums with $250 million to develop the oil sector in the province,” the company’s director, Amin Jaafar, told Iraqi News. “The company, based in Switzerland, has branches in Netherlands, Britain and Dubai,” he explained.   SH (TP) /SR 858
