Iraq’s tennis juniors in Asia tournament next week

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraq ‘s men and women tennis juniors’ team will participate in the Asia tournament that will take place next week in Bahrain with the participation of 10 teams, a sports official said on Sunday. “The Iraqi team that will participate in the Asia tournament, which will be hosted by Bahrain on October 19-27, will comprise two men and women players,” Mohammed Hassan Hleel, the secretary-general of the Iraqi tennis federation, told IraqiNews.com. “The team is currently proceeding in its daily training in Baghdad at al-Shaab Stadium Compound,” he said.
