IraqiNews.com organizes media photography course

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: IraqiNews.com news agency organized a course in media photography for a number of press correspondents specialized in the press and TV sectors. Lecturer Dr. Ali Abbas told IraqiNews.com that “the aim of this course is to prepare the workers in media establishments and put them in the real field to work as field photographers.” He added that the workers in the media institutions should have three characteristics; being a correspondent, camera and TV photographer. Dr. Abbas elaborated on the work of the photographer and how to use the camera in real time. The course was supplied with  modern and hi-tech cameras. One of the participants, Adel Fakher, said it is important for journalists to have two jobs at the same time, one as correspondent and the other as photographer.
