US – Iranian delegations refused attendance in media conference

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Media College of the University of Baghdad “apologized” for not receiving two American and Iranian delegation to attend its Fifth Conference, which started today. Dean of the College, Dr. Hashim Hassan, told IraqiNews.com that “the two delegations wanted to attend the conference, but the deanship of the college apologized from receiving them.” He did not refer to the reasons behind this. “The two-day conference will discuss a number of reports under the heading ‘Media and National Identity’,” he added.
