Al-Sadr in Doha to discuss Bahrain’s crisis

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Shiite cleric Muqtada al-Sadr discussed on Monday in Doha the latest developments in the region and the conditions of the Bahraini people, according to a statement of al-Sadr’s media office. “Al-Sadr received on Monday at his residence in Doha a delegation of Qatari chieftains and nobles, with whom he discussed the regional developments and Bahraini people’s suffer,” said the statement received by IraqiNews.com news agency. “The meeting tackled also ways of solving the Bahraini crisis,” the statement quoted Sheikh Ahmad al-Materi as saying.
