U.S. Transport Secretary to arrive in Baghdad on Saturday

BAGHDAD / The U.S. Transport Secretary, Ray Layhud, is expected in Baghdad later on Saturday, to carry out bilateral talks with Iraqi officials, a U.S. Embassy statement reported.   “The U.S. Transport Secretary shall arrive in Baghdad today (Saturday), to discuss several issues related to the United States commitment to strengthen relations of friendship and cooperation with Iraqi government, especially in the civilian fields,” the statement added.   SKH (PT)
