German Universities to train Iraqi teachers

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: A number of German universities expressed desire to train teaching personnel from Iraqi universities, as stated by the Ministry of Higher Education today.  The statement, as received by IraqiNews.com, added that the Iraqi Cultural Attaché declared that some German universities welcomed training Iraqi teachers in the use of sophisticated laboratories and methods of teaching.  Salah al-Abbasi added that “the training of Iraqi teachers will open new scientific horizons before Iraqi and German Universities.” RM (TS)/SR 497
