Honorary seat for handicapped in Parliamentary Human Rights Commission

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Head of the Parliamentary Human Rights Commission announced that an honorary seat shall be granted to Iraqi Handicapped Gathering in its membership, MP Saleem al-Jubouri said.   In a statement, the head of the Gathering Muwafaq al-Khafaji stressed the importance of the handicapped joining the ranks of the society.   “We have about three million handicapped in Iraq,” he added.   Jubouri confirmed the need to sign the international accords related to the handicapped, as well as granting them their rights according to Iraqi institution.
