Maliki meets new football federation adminstration

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Premier Nouri Al-Maliki received today the new central football federation, headed by Najih Hamoud.   During the meeting, Maliki expressed full support for the federation, assuring full independence for its activities.   Last Saturday, Hamoud was elected chairman of the federation after earning 45 votes, while his rival Falah Hassan got 36 votes.
