Rahimi’s visit has no relation to regions’ question – MP

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Middle Alliance MP Mohammed Iqbal said that the visit of Iranian Vice-President Mohammed Reza Rahimi to Iraq is a routine visit on bilateral relations, which has nothing with the proposals to establish regions in Iraq.  “The visit is periodical and related to bilateral relations,” Iqbal told IraqiNews.com.  “The regions’ question is an internal affair. No foreign country should interfere,” he added.  Rahimi arrived today on an official visit, accompanied by a number of ministers.  Upon his arrival,  he held official meetings with Iraqi officials, headed by Premier Nouri al-Maliki.
