Call for exclusion of thieves, killers from new Iraqi Amnesty Law.

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Chairman of the Youth Bloc of al-Iraqiya Coalition, Talal al-Zuba’e, has called for the exclusion of thieves and killers from the new Iraqi General Amnesty Law.   “The new General Amnesty Law includes several unclear items,” Zobae said, told IraqiNews.com news agency, adding that his Coalition sees that “the General Amnesty Law must cover all detainees in Iraqi prisons, with the exception of those, whose hands were covered with bloods of Iraqis, or those who robbed Iraq’s money and large amounts of the State Treasury.”   Al-Iraqiya Coalition is led by Iraq’s former Prime Minister, Iyad Allawi, who scored 91 seats in the last nationwide elections, being the largest number of seats in the new Iraqi Parliament’s 325-seats, followed by the State of Law Coalition, led by Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki, who scored 89 seats.   SKH (ST) 242
