Iranian Naval Guards arrest 10 Iraqi fishermen

BASRA / IraqiNews.com: Iranian Naval Guards arrested 10 Iraqi fishermen this week, security sources said today.  The source told IraqiNews.com that the arrest took place in two different sites of their territorial waters.  “Eight fishermen were arrested on 22 May, 20 km south of Basra, and two near the Fao area, 60 km south of the city,” the source added.  The fishermen were driving their ordinary vessels when Iranian forces escorted them to Iranian mainland.
