Iraqi Naval Captain’s body, killed by his own family, found in his house garden in Basra

BASRA / IraqiNews.com: Southern Iraq’s Basra police has found the body of an Iraqi Navy Captain, killed by his own family, in the garden of his house, following a rumor that he had been abducted by unknown gunmen 3 days ago, a Basra Police Media source reported on Thursday.   “The police has found the body of the Navy Captain, Qais Jaber Abdul-Latif, buried in his house garden, pointing out that his family, who had claimed that he was abducted 3 days ago, had killed him in a family feud and buried his corpse in the house garden,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency.   Basra , the center of Basra Province , is 590 km to the south of Baghdad .   SKH (PT)   575
