U.S. forces arrest 2 cops south of Amara – security commission

MISSAN / IraqiNews.com: U.S. troops arrested on Monday two policemen from their house in south of Amara city, according to chairman of the Missan council’s security and defense commission. “U.S. forces arrested today two cops; Kazem Taama and Adnan Taama, from their house in al-Saray region in al-Majar al-Kabier district, south of Amara,” Maytham Lafta al-Fartousi told IraqiNews.com news agency, noting that the forces seized $15,000, four million dinars, a gun and four mobile phones. “The incident is considered a violation of the security agreement signed with Washington,” he asserted.
