3 suspected AQI members netted in Baghdad, Kirkuk

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Multi-National Force in Iraq said its troops captured three suspected members of al-Qaeda in Iraq (AQI) in two security operations conducted in the provinces of Baghdad and Kirkuk .     “Coalition forces arrested two wanted men and a suspect in operations in Baghdad and Kirkuk that targeted al-Qaeda network,” according to an MNF statement received by IraqiNews.com. “Coalition troops in Kirkuk arrested a wanted man in Soliman Beg on charges of having links with AQI,” the release read.     “Another Coalition force arrested a wanted man with another suspect. Intelligence reports hold that the suspect is working with an AQI-linked terrorist group,” it added.   AmR (P) 1
