Unidentified body of woman found north of Kut

WASSIT / IraqiNews.com: Policemen in Wassit province found an unidentified body of a woman on a road north of Kut city on Friday, a security source said. “The corpse, which showed signs of having been shot, was found on the Kut-Baghdad highway near the district al-Dabouni, (55 km) north of Kut,” the source told IraqiNews.com, adding the body was removed to the al-Zahraa Hospital morgue. The Kut policemen had earlier in the day found another body of a pregnant woman that showed signs of having been shot in al-Ahrar district, western Kut.
