Turkish company to set up electricity plant in Ninewa
NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: The local government in Ninewa signed on Wednesday a deal with a Turkish company to set up a gas-fired electricity generating power plant, a source from the Ninewa governor office said. “The Ninewa government signed on Wednesday (March 30) a dead with a Turkish company to establish a plant to generate 750 Megawatt,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The $388 million-deal aims to improve the electricity in the province,” he noted.
